All Kestrel structural composites are produced under ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. Prepreg products for aerospace applications are manufactured to AS9100D and are qualified to relevant AIMS and BSS specifications. Carbon fibre fabrics for motorsport carry FIA homologation data where applicable. Certificates of Conformance are issued with every delivery.

Yes. We supply nominal sample quantities (typically 1–5 m² for fabrics and 0.5–2 kg for resins) for evaluation. Please contact our technical sales team with your application details and we will arrange a sample dispatch within 5 working days. Sample costs may be credited against your first production order.

Product datasheets are reviewed at least annually and updated whenever a formulation change, process modification, or additional test data becomes available. The revision number and date are printed on every document. Customers enrolled in our technical mailing list are notified of any material amendments.

Shelf life at −18°C is typically 12 months from date of manufacture for our standard epoxy prepreg range. Out-life (time at 23°C) is 30 days. Specific values are stated on each product datasheet and on roll labels. Temperature logs are provided with each cold-chain shipment.

Yes. Our applications engineering team is available Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 GMT. For complex processing questions we can arrange a site visit or host you at our development centre in Birmingham where we have autoclave, press, and infusion capabilities available for process trials.
